Administrative Assistant - Rhona Campbell Veterinary Centre



Employed or Self-Employed Basis


Part time hours with a flexible schedule. Working hours will be determined by mutual agreement, taking into account the successful candidate's experience and availability



Key Responsibilities:

  • Data input into practice systems

  • Managing and tracking health & safety requirements

  • Liaising with suppliers to arrange building repairs and maintenance

  • General administrative support duties



About You:

  • Proficiency in MS Office software

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Good communication skills

  • High level of discretion with sensitive information

  • IT Skills
