Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and take on responsibility for their own case load. Previous experience of dealing with rural properties and crofting law would be advantageous but not essential.
The role will include, but not be limited to:-
Buying and selling residential properties and crofts
Remortgage and transfer of residential properties
Preparing Wills and Power of Attorney
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
