We offer hourly rates of £15.30 as standard, £16.15 for supervisors, and higher rates for key positions. We are recruiting for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions and will be holding our annual Recruitment Open Day on Saturday 21st February.

If you’re experienced in hospitality, take pride in your work, and are looking for opportunities to progress, please come along for an informal chat to discuss our vacancies and what role might suit you.

The average length of service within our team is 11 years, so you may end up staying with us longer than you would think!

Castle Guides – Eilean Donan Castle

Visitor Services Assistant – Ticket Office

Part-Time Housekeeper – Eilean Donan Apartments

Part-Time Social Media Co-ordinator

As a flexible employer, positions are available 2–5 days per week, depending on your circumstances and work/life balance.
